How long do orders take to complete?
Our typical turn time is one week from the time the order has been placed and artwork approved.
Once complete, how do I receive my order?
You have the option of picking up directly from our shop, having your items shipped through USPS or UPS (fees may apply) or depending on the size of your order we offer a complimentary delivery service.
Does Waist Up do embellishments on “customers own” garments?
No, we only do printing on garments purchased directly through Waist Up.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
While appointments are not strictly required, we recommend calling ahead, especially if you'd like dedicated time with a sales representative to discuss a specific project. This ensures we can give you our full attention.
